Third-party platforms

Marketplaces, ad platforms and payment providers set their own rules and make their own decisions on account approval, listing approval, ad approval, suspensions and fees. We work to their guidelines but cannot guarantee their decisions.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any level of sales, income, profit, return on ad spend, search ranking or product performance. Results depend on products, pricing, competition, marketing budget, market conditions and your own efforts.

Design and project files are delivered by email on the date given in your order confirmation. You will also be notified by email when a delivery has been made. All policies on revisions and refunds are measured from the date and time the work is delivered to you. We provide a reference number soon after your order is placed so you can track its status and post revisions against that number.

Revision policy

We provide unlimited free revisions as long as the design and concept stay the same. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
